Welcome to the site of the Eastern Himālayan Texts Collection, a collection of descriptive linguistic work conducted in the Eastern Himālayan region to include Nepal, Bhutan, North-East India and Upper Myanmar. The EHTC is a repository of glossed and translated recordings made in the Eastern Himālayan region as an effort to document and describe the areas considerable linguistic diversity.

The EHTC is a work in progress. Additional texts will be added as they become available.
